Your team types the same thing twice
Staff enter the same details into forms, calendars, and files over and over, because the tools don't talk to each other.
Joule Studios / AI built for the way you really work
We put AI inside the tools you already use, so the boring work that happens every week just gets done. You don't get one more app to babysit.
A joule is a unit of work. We picked the name on purpose.
Most AI just talks. We care about what gets finished: emails written, files sorted, hours handed back to you. The chat isn't the point. The finished work is.
§ 01 / The starting point
Staff enter the same details into forms, calendars, and files over and over, because the tools don't talk to each other.
When that person is busy or out, the work waits. They know what to do. It just isn't written into a system yet.
Reports show up after the moment has passed, and no one has a clear view of what needs attention today.
§ 02 / The difference
A chatbot answers, then stops. A system keeps going. It grabs what it needs from your tools, writes the next email or draft, and only asks you about the things that need a real decision.
The boring prep, the follow-ups, and the first draft.
The judgment, the relationships, and every choice that really matters.
§ 03 / What we build
AI sorts, drafts, and preps the work. Your team checks it and says go.
See what's missing, what's ready, and what needs a look, with the source for every fact.
Get your CRM, email, files, and forms to finally talk to each other.
A plain-English update on the work, the numbers, and what's waiting on you.
§ 04 / Results
A weekly task
0hrs → 30min
A job that took four hours every week now takes about thirty minutes, after one setup session.

Kort
An AI coach you chat with that remembers you, logs your workouts, and handles sign-ups. We build real products, not just give advice.
Legal operations
Live.
AI tools running inside a criminal-defense law firm in Fort Lauderdale, with a lawyer still checking the work.
"He clearly put a best in class foundation in place, and in less than an hour easily saved me four hours of work per week. Lotta quacks out there. Julian is not one of them."
§ 05 / How the work moves
01 1-2 weeks
How the work really flows: the tools, the steps, and where things can go wrong.
02 scoping
We start with the one that saves the most for the least effort.
03 2-4 weeks
One small system, built and tested on your real work.
04 ongoing
Once the first one works, the next one builds on top of it.
§ 06 / Who you work with
Joule Studios is Julian Castro, and you work with him directly from the first call until the work is done. He has a mechanical engineering degree and spent years at BP in oil and gas before starting out on his own. Now he builds tools and AI systems for service businesses that want less busywork and clearer systems.
§ 07 / Next step
If your team keeps doing something by hand, start there. I'll tell you straight whether it needs AI, better software, or just a simpler way of working, and what the first build would look like.
